Returns and Refunds Policy

CShop offers a 7-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Not be a type of good that is exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, please:

  1. Email your order number and reason for return to support@cshop.co.za
  2. We will communicate with you about the next step forward.
  3. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or distributor.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved by management, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Your bank account again.
  • If you have paid using PayFast, please contact PayFast support via email: support@payfast.co.za
  • Your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund reflects into your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our finance team via email: finance@cshop.co.za

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: support@cshop.co.za to request an exchange.

Courier

To return your product, please contact us via email: support@cshop.co.za Courier charges will be for your account if you have placed your order incorrectly or if you are returning an item within 7 days for a refund. CShop will be responsible for courier costs for returning your item if we have made any error with picking your order or if the product is defective.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Courier costs

  • If you ordered the item incorrectly, you will be responsible for the courier charges to return the item to us.
  • CShop will be responsible for the courier charges if we made an error with picking your order or if the product is defective.
